Home healthcare services do not include medical emergencies, surgical procedures, or conditions requiring specialized medical intervention outside the scope of home care. In the event of an emergency, the patient must immediately contact emergency medical services or go to the nearest appropriate hospital or healthcare facility. Home healthcare services are not a substitute for emergency medical services. 13. Prescriptions and Medical Consultations The company may require a valid medical prescription or a documented medical report issued by a licensed physician before providing certain medications or medical services.
